Company Founder, Owners, and Management

Reggie LeVasseur has founded L & L Machinery in 1979. As Founder, Reggie continues to spend most his time in the field servicing customers.

Wally Lawson has served at L & L Machinery as the Motor Specialist since 1987.  Wally has a tremendous background in motor rebuild, fault diagnosis, and manages the daily operations of our manufacturing facility.

Randy Nichols has joined L & L Machinery in 2003 as a Marketing Specialist.  He brings Web-Based commmunication and network marketing strategies to help service those customers desiring web-based procuremnt strategies.
